My name is Fred Gutierrez. I have over 35 years of experience in institutional and residential architecture, construction, and project management. There aren’t many situations I haven’t confronted. I find the projects that present the most complexity and innovation to be the most rewarding. I firmly believe we can build projects that are super durable, easy to maintain, energy-efficient, and fun.
